An Important Special Announcement
Tuesday, December 5th, I will be undergoing a major surgical procedure. After a one week stay in the hospital the recovery time is approximately three months. Since I work alone there is no back up staff to fill orders.
As I recover, I will be able to ship out products such as Thread, Grips,True Oil, Bags, Shafts and Epoxy. These are items I buy and then resell for your convenience. Hopefully in February I will be able to complete some orders that require my sewing, building or cutting wood and assembling but sending them out will be slower than usual. Please know that I will be doing all that I am able. I am no longer restoring clubs but have made arrangements for Allen Johnson, a long time friend and fellow hickory golfer to do that work for you. See Allen’s contact information on the page under "Repair Services” on the menu bar on our website.
By mid March I hope to be back in full production. For production orders I will fill them on a first in - first out basis. I will keep you updated on how I am doing. Any thoughts and prayers you have are greatly appreciated.

Well it happened, the Trump Tariff's have been put on our import of Golf Bags. Each bag had a $10 surcharge added to the price so we have had to add that to our bag prices.

This restoration includes removing iron head, cleaning off rust and resetting club head with a new pin and epoxy. Refinishing the shaft by cleaning and sanding the shaft, re-staining the shaft with asphaltum and finishing the shaft with Tru-Oil. Replacing the grip with a new cowhide, buffalo or Elk Grip and new whipping. Grips and whipping are your choice. Please include instructions when you ship your clubs to Allen Johnson (Oue new club restorer) for type, color, position (suede side out or top grain side out) and whipping color. 7 Inch Traditional Hickory Golf Bags
Our Brand New 7 Inch Golf Bag with Cover
By Popular Demand we are now offering a new 7 Inch Diameter Golf Bag for our Customers. We designed this bag to be light and light it is, only 3 pounds and 5 ounces. We asked for two larger pockets, one is 16 inches long and the other is 10 inches long. This will allow you to carry or stow a rain suit, or a sweater or pullover. The smaller pocket will hold balls, gloves, bug spray and sunscreen. The Top cover is 17 inches long and the bag is 35 inches long so that you can cover your clubs when it rains or when you stow them in your car or closet. The bag has two fiberglass stiffeners that hold the bag upright and allow you to use a push cart or motorized cart without the bag sliding down on your clubs. There is a tee holder sewn in the side of the bag. There is also an umbrella holder sewn into the side and bottom of the bag. And as a final touch the shoulder strap has a nice soft lambswool liner to make it easy on your shoulder when carrying the bag. This bag will hold 14 clubs and an umbrella so you are all set! We were able to get all of this put together for a reasonable price of $199 and we have the bag in all Five colors: Tan, Buffalo Brown, Tavern Green, Lafayette Blue and Black. Our Very First Cowhide Club Head Cover This cover is in the same smooth and soft "Cashmere" cowhide we use for our cow hide grips. This cover comes in Black, Dark Brown-Chocolate, Cordovan, Garnet Red, Tobacco and Saddle Tan. Each Cover has a soft Black Flannel liner. These covers are a little harder to make due to the thickness of leather compared to wool or flannel but they are very pleasing to the touch and are very durable. You will really enjoy touching these covers during your round. There is nothing quite like "Cashmere" leather. Our Head covers now come in two sizes, Driver size and Brassie/Spoon size.
