CLUBS FOR SALE
Since we have been in business, we have accumulated a number of clubs that we feel are good for play and worthy of display. All of the clubs we have for sale have been restored by having new epoxy and pins restored in their hosels. The shafts have been sanded and re-stained with asphaltum and finished with tru-oil. New grips have been applied and new thread has been tied at both ends of the grips. In some cases, more thread has been applied to the shafts near the hosels (if necessary). All of these clubs are restored and ready to go for play or for display on your wall at home or in your office. Hickory Golf Clubs are great discussion starters with new friends, clients and family. Enjoy!!
If you have any clubs in good playable condition that you would like for us to sell. Contact us at 802 373 3188 to discuss how we might serve you.
Right Handed Clubs for Sale
These clubs came our way from a customer so we took them in on consignment and restored them by resetting the heads and pins, refinished the shafts and putting on new grips. There are some interesting surprises here for us and we hope you will find them interesting as well.
D.J. Ross Smooth Face Small Headed Niblick
This first club was the big surprise. This is a D.J. Ross Pitcher/Niblick that was made by the famous Golf Architect from Pinehurst, N.C. It is in excellent condition with a new shaft, newly pinned and with a new grip with black cowhide and red thread whipping. This club is listed in Pete Georgiady's "Wood Shafted Golf Club Value Guide" as valued at $500 so that is what we are asking. It is a smooth face small head niblick. It is a rare club indeed.
Wright and Ditson Pitcher with a Spalding Kro Flight cleek mark
This is a very clean Wright and Ditson Pitcher made for them by Spalding Kro-Flight. This model is the F-7 and is listed in Pete's Value Guide as worth $100. It has four deep grooves on the face which will help you get the ball up and away. It has been repined with new epoxy and the shaft is refinished with asphaltum and tru-oil. It also has a new suede side out black cowhide grip and red whipping. It was patented 1-3-22. It has an original shaft.
George Nicoll 1 Iron or Driving Iron

This George Nicoll is an ideal Driving Iron for hitting off the tee. It is hand forged in Scotland and Pete values it at $35 so we are asking $55 due to the head being reset with new epoxy the shaft is refinished and a new black cowhide suede out grip has been installed. This is an excellent club to hit when you don't need a long drive and you want to get the ball up in the air.
This is an AG Spalding and Bros Dundee Irons Putter
This is a blade putter from the Dundee Irons Series of AG Spalding. Pete values the club at $35 so we are asking $55 due to the resetting of the head, refinishing of the shaft and installing a new Black cowhide suede side out grip with red whipping. I use a blade putter off and on with my mallet head putter when I need to refocus my putting stroke. It seems to help me refocus and pay attention to how I am putting.
Fairview Chicago smooth face putter
For a blade putter this one has a little more heft! It is a smooth face putter that was the house brand made for the Fair Department Store in Chicago, IL. It was later made by the Lowe and Campbell Store in Chicago. It would be an excellent choice for your smooth face set or as a blade putter that has more weight then usual. Pete values the club at $75 so we are listing it at $95 due to the restoration of the shaft, resetting of the head and putting on a new black cowhide grip with red whipping.
LEFT HANDED HICKORY CLUBS FOR SALE !
These clubs have not been restored by Hickory Golf Workshop. Many have new grips and some have historical grips. None of these clubs have been re-glued with Epoxy. Remember: All of these clubs are for "Lefties"
